Schedule a time for you to view the property.
Discuss with you any known facts about the physical condition of the property.
Prepare the offer that you instruct us to.
Present all offers, counter offers and rejections in a timely manner.
Assist your loan officer and your attorney with information needed for processing your purchase.
Arrange for all inspectors to have access to the home for all inspections.
Coordinate closing with mortgage company, attorney, purchasers and sellers.
